Automatic planners

With MedSpace, services and activities are automatically scheduled at a small additional cost, see price quote. The Automatic Shift planner, developed with the TU Eindhoven, distributes services fairly and takes complex schedules into account. The Automatic Activity planner schedules activities during the day based on availability and competencies.

After implementation and instruction, the department sets up the automatic planners together with the support consultant. There is a free trial period of three months; costs will only be charged after a go/no-go decision by the department.
Cancellation is always possible as of the next quarter.
