Automatic planners:
With MedSpace you can have your services and activities planned automatically. There are minor additional costs per schedule. The automatic duty planner (AD) was developed together with the Eindhoven University of Technology with a view to the often complex service configuration with differentiated back-up guards, part-timers and competencies. The advantage is twofold: the AD makes an equal spread and ensures that everyone has exactly their share of the services.

Something similar applies to the automatic activity planner (AA). Daytime activities are scheduled for the available people depending on their competence. The AP schedules based on the minimum occupancy you entered and ensures an even spread.

If the automatic plan option does not meet your expectations, you can always cancel this option immediately.

You can choose your own domain name for your MedSpace, for example www.internalmedicalcenter.nl (+ €71.00 one-time, €71.00 annually).
You can go to www.sidn.nl check whether a domain name already exists. Not only that, but you can also choose a free standard domain name, such as internalmedicalcenter.medspace.nl.
