With the arrival of Rob Gallas in 1996 as an internist at the Diakonessenhuis in Utrecht, more components were developed and added to the portfolio, such as MedSchool(E-learning) and from 2005 MedSpace(schedule planning). Since 2010, MedWeb has increasingly specialised in making scheduling and planning as easy as possible, with MedSpace as the solution for professional groups of medical specialists in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and France. Growing and with now more than 500 professional groups as a customer, Medspace is market leader with a satisfied customer base.

At the end of 2021 Medweb joined Performation. Maintaining its independence but with the conviction that combining knowledge, expertise and decisiveness offers additional opportunities. With smart(er) solutions for scheduling, planning and capacity management of specialists and the hospital, a distinctive contribution can be made to the challenges and scarcity that the healthcare industry is facing.

We will continue to do what we do best and will help physician-specialists to further improve their convenience, efficiency and effectiveness in the coming period.
